摘　　要：介绍了一种实用化的新型光纤辐射温度传感器,分别采用单波段亮度法和双波段比色法,实现了700℃～1000℃和1000℃～1600℃两个范围的温度测量。它弥补了使用计算机根据遗传算法进行测量时存储器中探测器件的特征值、工作时间、工作条件以及被测对象的表面状态等因素带来的测量误差。这种传感器可以直接显示温度测量结果和由键盘或上位机键入的温度值。它有一个控制功能模块,可以直接输出模拟信号或开/关控制信号,形成闭合的控制回路,输出是4～20mA的直流信号叠加HART协议的数字信号,可实现与其他设备的正常通信。同时,该传感器还具备完善的自我诊断功能。A new practical optical fiber radiation temperature transducer is presented. Both the single.band and the double-band methods corresponding two ranges of 700℃-1000℃ and 1000℃-1600℃ are taken. Errors are compensated for using microcomputer according to genetic arithmetic based on characteristic value of detective elements in memory and working time and working condition and surface condition of object measured. This transducer can directly display temperature measured and temperature set by keyboard or upper machine. It has a block of control function that can directly output simulate or on-off control signal and make up of close control loop. It outputs 4-20mADC signals on which a HART protocol digital signal is superposed to communicate with other devices. It has perfect function of diagnosis itself as well.
