复方黄酮胶囊对老龄小鼠血清SOD活性及MDA含量的影响

摘  要:目的:观察复方黄酮胶囊对老龄小鼠血清SOD活性及MDA含量的影响。方法:老龄小鼠40只,按照随机原则随机分成老龄对照组,阳性对照组(银杏叶片,19.2mg.kg-1),复方黄酮胶囊高、低剂量组(复方黄酮胶囊,24,12mg.kg-1),每组10只。10只标准体质量小鼠作青年对照组,老龄对照组及青年对照组给予等体积纯化水,用药各组连续灌胃给药10d,末次给药1h后,摘除小鼠眼球取血,分离血清,检测血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:与老龄对照组比较,复方黄酮胶囊高、低剂量组和阳性药银杏叶片组能明显提高老龄小鼠血清中SOD活性,降低MDA含量。结论:复方黄酮胶囊具有抗氧化作用。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of compound Flavone capsules on SOD activity and MDA content in blood serum of aging mice. METHODS 40 aging mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: aging group,positive control group(ginkgo leaf tablet, ip, 19.2mg. kg^-1 ), high and low dose of compound Flavone capsule groups(administrated with compound Flavone capsules,24,12 mg.kg^-1 respectively) ,each group contained 10 mice. Other 10 normal mice,weighed 18 22 g, were taken as youth control group. Both aging group and youth control group were administrated with equal distilled water. After administration of 10 days, serum of each mice in all groups was separated from the whole blood of eyeball arteries,and its SOD activity and MDA contents were detected respectively. RESULTS SOD activity in blood serum was significantly higher in positive control group, high and low dose of compound Flavone capsule groups than those in aging control group mice. On the contrary, MDA content in blood serum of aging group was the highest among all groups. CONCLUSION Compound Flavone capsules have the action of Anti-oxidation.
