疏肝理脾片抗大鼠免疫性肝纤维化研究

摘　　要：用牛血清白蛋白（ＢＳＡ）造成大鼠免疫损伤性肝纤维化模型，观察疏肝理脾片对肝纤维组织增生程度、肝羟脯氨酸（Ｈｙｐ）含量和血清透明质酸（ＨＡ）及肝功能的影响。结果表明疏肝理脾片能明显降低肝Ｈｙｐ含量，减轻肝纤维组织增生程度。Objective:To observe the effect of anti hepatic fibrosis of Shugan Lipi tablet.Method:Immuno injured fibrosis was induced in rats by bovine serum albumin.The contents of hydroxyproline(Hyp) in liver and serum hyaluronic acid (HA) and other liver function were monitored.Results:The Hyp content and degree of hepatic fibrosis in Shugan Lipi tablet treated groups were remarkably decreased,compared with the control group,and the serum albumin level significantly increased.
