苏州农村应对突发公共卫生事件能力的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:循证苏州市农村卫生专业技术人员应对突发公共卫生事件能力的影响因素,为我国农村突发公共卫生事件应急机制的建立提供科学依据。方法:采用随机抽样调查方法和现场调查方式,对苏州基层卫生专业技术人员进行问卷调查。结果:农村卫生专业技术人员所在的单位性质、职称以及公共卫生知识水平、风险认知水平、应急管理水平和应急能力均对突发公共卫生事件应对能力的影响有统计学意义。结论:加强卫生专业技术人员的公共卫生知识水平、风险认知水平、应急管理水平和应急能力,在农村突发公共卫生事件的应对中尤为重要。Objective： To observe the influencing factors of response ability of the medical professionals in rural areas of Suzhou on public health emergencies, which could be the basis for establishing rural public health emergency system in China.Methods： The medical professionals were chosen by random sampling and surveyed with questionnaire. Results： Some factors significantly influence their response ability on public health emergencies, such as institution＇s character, their professional title, knowledge of public health, risk cognition and emergency management and response capability. Conclusion： It is very important to improve the medical professionals＇ public health knowledge,risk cognition and emergency management and response capability.
