摘  要:调查分析了日本自1974年以来对太阳能光伏发电系统所采取的技术开发和普及政策措施,并对两个屋顶太阳能并网光伏发电系统的发电情况以及电力消费情况进行实测,通过对其发电量与电网之间的买卖电量、消费电量等的分析,评价了光伏发电系统的节能、环保和经济性效果,可供国内发展光伏发电借鉴。The Japanese policies on technology development and dissemination of photovohaic systems since 1974 were investigated, and two grid-connected photovohaic systems were studied including their electricity generation quantity, their electricity trading with the grid, and their own electricity consumption. Based on that, the photovohaic system was evaluated in the aspects of energy saving, environmental protection effect, and economic benefits.
