摘  要:在技术监督管理体制和电厂管理模式发生变化的背景下,应探索适应新形势下的技术监督服务模式,发挥化学监督和化学监测的综合优势,为新能源、高参数、大机组电厂的基建和生产创造可控、在控、能控的局面。以火电厂化学技术监督管理模式为例,介绍了基建阶段全过程化学监督及监测体系;以及商业运行阶段化学监督监测评估体系的情况。With changing of the technical supervision management mechanism and the power plant management mode, the new technical supervision service mode should be explored in order to combine the advantages of chemistry supervision and chemistry monitoring to create a controllable environment for construction and production of new-energy high-parameter large-unit power plants. Taking the whole-process supervision management mode for construction of a power plant in Shanghai as an example, the establishment of the whole-process chemistry supervision and monitoring system during the construction stage was presented. The chemistry supervision and monitoring evaluation system of this power plant was also illuminated.
