摘　　要：为提高火电厂运行的效率和质量,引进了同业对标管理。阐述了火电厂对标管理指标体系,由生产管理类指标和经营管理类指标组成,引入多目标决策中的逼近理想解法(TOPSIS法)进行评价,用实例证明这种方法的可信度与实用性。Abstract：To improve the operational efficiency and quality for thermal power plants, the benchmarking has been introduced into power plant management. The benchmarking management index system which consists of production management indices and administration management indices was presented, and the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution （TOPSIS） assessment method was used for evaluation. Practice proved the method credible and effective.
