计数死亡率和发病率的生理学和手术严重性评分系统在肝切除术中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨POSSUM评分系统在肝切除术中的临床应用价值。方法应用POSSUM评分系统对63例肝切除病人进行回顾性分析。结果共63例行肝切除患者,其中恶性疾病46例,良性疾病17例,POSSUM预测住院30 d内死亡率6.16%,实际死亡患者4例(6.35%);POSSUM预测并发症发生率26.67%,实际出现并发症18例(28.57%)。结论POSSUM评分系统能有效地预测肝切除术患者的死亡率及并发症的出现机率,为肝切除术的围手术期处理提供了指导依据。[Objective] To study the application of Physiological and Operative Severity Score in the enUmeration of Mortality and Morbidity Scoring System in a group of patients who had a hepatectomy. [Method] A retrospective analysis was performed on data of 63 patients with hepateetomy. [Results] Sixty-three patients underwent major hepeetomy, there were 4 （6.35 per cent） postoperative death, there were 18 （28.57 per cent） who had eomphcations. The POSSUM system predicted mortality risk and morbidity rate of compheations were 6.16 percent and 26.67 percent. [Conclusion] POSSUM signitieandy predicted outcome in patients who had hepatectomy, which maybe direct the perioperative treatment in patients with hepatectomy.
