三峡库区生产基地变动对血吸虫病流行影响的调查报告

摘　　要：三峡库区处于四川、湖南湖北两大血吸虫病流行区之间。迄今为止未发现有血吸虫病流行。作者认为可能与库区严重而频繁的干旱、生产条件有着重要的关系．随着经济的发展，库区移民生产基地水利设施的完善，田土的改造，水土流失的治理等环境因素的变动，会使库区适于钉螺生长的地域扩大，从而增加了血吸虫病流行的可能性。因此建议在改善农业生产条件的过程中要加强管理和技术指导，严格执行国家标准，确保三峡生产基地的安全。Because of arid soil and lake of irrigated system，till now，no schistosomiasis infections have been found in The planned reservoir area of the Three Gorges though it locates among vast schistosomiasis endemic areas of Sichuan，Hunan and Hubei provinces．Aner investigation，the authors suggested that along with the development of economy，improvement of water conservancy facilities，transformation of cultivated farmland and management of soil erusion during construction of Three Gorges Reservoir, snail habitats would be nevitablly extended ad that the management and technical guidance for improving agricultural production should be strengthned，the standads stipulated by different department of national authorities be strictly observed and schistosomiasis control program should be run through the whole process．
