摘  要:目的为了探讨能否用吸入辐射损伤小(辐射损伤仅为X线检查的1/20~1/30)的氙(133Xe),取代注射锝(99mTc)研究+GZ负荷下全身血液动态转移的客观规律。以便使该法能推广应用于人体。方法用吸入对于人体相当安全的组织扩散性核素133Xe标记犬血液,测得G负荷下由头至臀8个部位的133Xe的饱和及清除曲线。用去本底法进行处理,从133Xe的饱和及清除曲线中分离出G负荷致血容动态变化活性曲线,进行校正后与用注射非组织扩散性核素99mTc法测得的结果进行比较研究。结果用吸入133Xe示踪剂法得到的G负荷去本底清除曲线,经校正后,与用注射99mTc法测得的G负荷血容曲线很相似。结论可以用吸入133Xe法取代注射99mTc法。Objective To explore the feasibility of using 133 Xe inhalation instead of 99m Tc injection for measurement of dynamic curves of whole body blood shift under +G Z stress in order to minimize radiation damage. Methods Tissue diffusing radioactive nuclide 133 Xe, fairly safe for human body, was used to label blood of the experimental dog. The saturation and clearance curves of 8 parts of the body (from head to buttocks) during +G Z exposures were obtained using radiation detectors. Treating with background elimination method the dynamic blood volume change curves during +G Z stress were separated from saturation and clearance curves. The blood volume curves during +G Z stress using nontissue diffusing nuclide 99m Tc were also measured for comparison. Results The rectified de background clearance curves obtained using 133 Xe as radioactive tracer were similar to those obtained using 99m Tc as tracer. Conclusion It is promising to use 133 Xe inhalation instead of 99m Tc injection for investigation of whole body blood shift under +G Z stress.
