摘 要:目的分析人体头颈部整体拉伸试验时颈椎软组织的拉伸伤。方法用X线机在试验的初始位置、拉伸力1000N、力-位移曲线上看出有损伤迹象和有明显损伤迹象四个时刻拍摄X线片,然后在X线片上测量椎骨间的位移。结果第3拍摄时刻椎骨间的拉伸率均值为:C1-C283.8%、C2-C375.5%、C3-C473.2%、C4-C566.0%、C5-C690.9%。第4拍摄时刻椎骨间的拉伸率均值为:C2-C375.6%、C3-C4104.9%、C4-C592.2%、C5-C6133.6%。结论X线片能有效地追踪颈椎的软组织损伤。如果用高速X线摄影机和计算机图像分析系统,测量结果的精度会更高。Objective This study aimed at detection of human cervical spine soft tissue injuries under axial tension with roengenograph. Methods Four X ray photographs were taken for each of experimental samples ( n =9).1.at initial state,2.when tension force up to 1 000 N,3.when tension deformation curve showed sign of injury,4.when the curve showed remarkable injury.The spaces between facies articularis superior and processus articularis inferior of these films were measured. Results The mean tension ratios showed on the third X ray film were: C 1 C 2 83.8% , C 2 C 3 75.5%,C 3 C 4 73.2%,C 4 C 5 66.0%,C 5 C 6 90.9%.Mean tension ratios on the fourth film were: C 2 C 3 75.6%,C 3 C 4 104.9%,C 4 C 5 92.2%,C 5 C 6 133.6%. Conclusion Injuries of cervical spine soft tissue can be traced effectively with X ray photograph.
