摘　　要：目的:采用HPLC法测定止咳定喘片中岩白菜素的含量。方法:用迪马C18色谱柱(5μm;4.6×150mm),甲醇-乙腈-1%的磷酸水为流动相,0-7min内梯度洗脱,检测波长275nm。结果:岩白菜素在2-20μg/mL之间,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0,9999),平均回收率为99.1%,RSD为0.63%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、准确、重现性好,可以作为止咳定喘片中岩白菜素的含量测定方法。Objective Determination of Bergeninum in ZhiKeDingChuan Tablets by HPLC. Method The HPLC system consisted Dikma C18 column （5μm,4.6×150mm） , methanol-acetonitrile-1%H3PO4 water as mobile phase to gradient elution in 0-7min and with detection wavelength 275 nm. Results The linear correlation was good in the range of 2-20μg / mL of bergeninum,correlation coefficient is 0.9999. the average recovery was 99.1% （n= 6） and the RSD was 0.63%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and can be used for determination of bergeninum in ZhiKeDingChuan Tablets.
