6ThZ（E）OK／6ThZ（E）O方案治疗复治菌阳肺结核的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨6ThZ（E）OK／6ThZ（E）O方案治疗复治菌阳肺结核的临床疗效。方法选择复治菌阳肺结核142例，随机分为观察组（68例）和对照组（74例），化疗方案分别采取6ThZ（E）OK／6ThZ（E）O和3HRZES／6HRE。观察2组治疗第1、2、6个月末和疗程末痰菌转阴、病灶吸收、空洞变化情况及不良反应。结果观察组疗程末痰菌阴转率、肺内病灶吸收好转率及空洞闭合好转率均优于对照组（P〈0．05），2组均无严重不良反应发生。结论应用6ThZ（E）OK／6ThZ（E）O方案治疗复治菌阳肺结核疗效确切，值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of 6ThZ（E）OK/6ThZ（E）O on patients who were receiving re -treatment for sputum positive tuberculosis. Methods A total of 142 cases chosen in a randomized way were divided into the study group （ n = 68 ） and the control group （ n = 74）. The treatment measures were 6ThZ （E）OK/6ThZ （E）O and 3HRZES/6HRE for the study and control groups, respectively. Results When the treatment was completed, the negative conversion rate, focus absorptivity and cavity closing rate in the study group were better than in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. No obvious severe adverse effects were found in the two groups. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of 6ThZ（E）OK/6ThZ（E）O is perfect for the re - treatment of sputum positive tuberculosis. It is worthily recommended in the clinical application.
