摘　　要：对鲤斜管虫在不同培养液及培养温度下种群密度的增长进行探讨。结果表明,18℃及22℃时鲤斜管虫生长良好,而4℃时繁殖速度变慢。牛肉膏、蛋白胨及酵母浸膏培养液中种群密度增长快但衰退也快,而在米粒浸出液中指数增长期及稳定期均长于其它3种培养液。To reveal effects of media and temperature on population growth of Chilodonella cyprini,the resluts showed that the population of Chilodonella cyprini growed faster at 18℃ot 22℃than that at 4℃.The population denstinies in yeast extract,beef extract and peptone were increase quickly while they declined faster also.The logarithmic phase and equilibrium phase were longer in rice extract than those in other media.
