摘 要:可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)技术利用半导体激光器波长调谐特性,获得被测气体的特征吸收光谱范围内的吸收光谱,结合波长调制技术实现二次谐波探测,从而对气体浓度进行定性或者定量分析。这种方法不仅精度较高,选择性强而且响应速度快。基于这种技术,进行全量程光纤式甲烷气体监测方法的研究,根据被测气体的浓度变化,通过改变光源温度来选择合适的中心波长,从而实现全量程高分辨率的甲烷气体浓度实时检测。实验表明该系统具有很高的检测灵敏度、精度、分辨率和稳定性。Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) combined with wavelength modulation spectroscopy is a new method to detect trace gas qualitatively or quantitatively, based on the tunable characteristic of the diode laser, by obtains the absorption spectroscopy in the characteristic absorption region, and use second harmonic detection method. It is significant advantage in sensitivity, selectivity and rapidity of response. Based on this technology, according to the concentration of measured gas, the full-rage high-resolution real-time measurement of methane concentration can be realized by changing the inner temperature to enable the light source scanning around the appropriate central wavelength. Experiment shows this system is high sensitivity, accuracy and stability in measurement.
