WD硅钢织构参数与其磁感应强度的关系

摘  要:采用X射线衍射法测量了WD23和WD20两种无取向硅钢法向反极图中的轴密度,探讨了它们的织构参数(Tp)与磁感应强度(B5 000)之间的关系。结果表明:WD23和WD20硅钢的B5 000与Tp值均有很好的对应关系,即当Tp值高时,B5 000也高;反之,当Tp值低时,B5 000也低。WD23和WD20硅钢的B5 000与Tp值的关系曲线均近似为一条直线,但因无取向硅钢的成分不同,B5 000随Tp值变化的幅度不相同。Axis densities in inverse pole figure of the non-oriented silicon steels WD23 and WD20 were measured by XRD, and the relationship between texture parameter(Tp) and magnetic induction(B5000 ) has been researched. The results show that the change of the magnetic induction(B5000 ) is corresponding to the change of the texture parameter( Tp ). That is to say, with the increase of Tp, the B5000 increased, and with decrease of Tp, the B5000 decreases. The relationship curve between B5000 and Tp is nearly a line. But with the change of component of the non-oriented silicon steel, the amplitude variation of B5000 is not same with the change of Tp.
