摘 要:基于比浊法测定抗生素体外抑菌活性原理,以红霉素发酵液为研究对象,采用96孔微孔板培养检定菌,直接用酶标仪检测各孔的光密度,定量分析发酵液中红霉素含量,并与管碟法比较。本文建立的抗生素生物效价检测方法具有快速、高效、样品和试剂用量少、结果可靠等优势,适合在有检测大量样品和快速获取结果的工作中推广。Based on the traditional turbidimetric method, 96-well mierotiter plates were adopted to cultivate the indication bacterium. The culture broths were determined by an ELISA Reader. The titers of erythromycin were calculated based on the relationship with the absorbence. The results were compared with that obtained by inhibition zone and traditional turbidimetric methods. The established method has the characteristics of speediness, high efficiency, accurate, cost-effective and could be applied in batch and fast identification analysis.
