摘 要:[目的]比较文冠果和银合欢的抗盐生理特性。[方法]以文冠果和银合欢为试材,在不同浓度盐胁迫处理下,比较两种植物的细胞质膜透性、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量变化。[结果]当盐浓度小于0.2%时,银合欢细胞膜透性高于文冠果;当盐浓度大于0.2%时,文冠果细胞质膜透性大于银合欢的细胞质膜透性;当盐浓度小于0.1%时,文冠果和银合欢脯氨酸积累量差别不大,但当盐浓度大于0.1%时,银合欢的脯氨酸含量明显增多,远远高于文冠果脯氨酸含量;随着盐浓度的升高,文冠果和银合欢丙二醛含量均呈现逐渐升高的趋势,但是银合欢丙二醛含量始终高于文冠果丙二醛含量。[结论]隶属函数分析发现,在0.2%和0.3%盐浓度下,银合欢隶属函数平均值高,耐盐性强于文冠果。[ Objective] The aim was to compare the physiological characteristics of salt resistance between Xanthoceras sorbifolia and Leucaena. [ Method] With the X. sorbifolia and Leucaena as the tested materials, the changes of the cell membrane permeability, the proline content and the malondialdehyde content in the 2 kinds of plants were compared under the treatments of different conch, of salt stress. [ Result] When the salt was less than 0.2%, the cell membrane permeability of the Leucaena was higher than that of X. sorbifolia and when the salt was more than 0.2% , the cell membrane permeability of the X. sorbifolia was higher than that of Leucaena. When the salt was less than 0.1%, the proline accumulation in X. sorbifolia and Leucaena had little difference, but when the salt was more than 0.1% , the proline content of Leucaena was increased obviously, which was far higher than that of the X. sorbifolia. The malondialdehyde content of the X. sorbifolia and Leucaena all showed increasing trend with the increment of the sah Cohen. , but the malondialdehyde content of the Leucaena was always higher than that of X. sorbifolia. [ Conclusion] The membership function analysis showed that the average value of membership function of Leucaena was high and its salt resistance was stronger than that of X. sorbifolia when the salt was 0.2% and 0.3%.
