摘  要:[目的]研究利福平对和田芸芥生长发育的影响。[方法]用不同浓度的利福平对和田芸芥种子进行浸泡处理,研究利福平对和田芸芥生长发育的影响。[结果]结果表明,随着利福平使用浓度的升高,发芽势、根长和千粒重均显著降低,而株高显著增加;100 mg/L的利福平对发芽率无影响,此后,发芽率则随利福平浓度的升高而降低;利福平处理会提高和田芸芥的主花序有效长度、单株生产力和全株有效结角数,其中250 mg/L的利福平使主花序有效长度的增加显著,单株生产力在使用100、250 mg/L的利福平后显著增加,而全株结角数在100、250和800 mg/L时增加显著。[结论]利福平处理的和田芸芥除有效分枝部位和千粒重降低外,其他各主要农艺性状均有增加。[ Objective ]The effect of Rifampicin on the E. sativa Mill growth and development was studied. [ Method ] The seeds were Soaked with the different concentrations of Rifampicin and their effects on the E. sativa Mill growth and development were studied. [ Results] The results showed that with the concentration-increasing of Rifampicin, the potential germination, root length and weight of the E. sativa Mill were significantly decreased, while there was a significant increment in plant height. The treatment of 100 mg/L of Rifampicin had no effect on the germination rate. The germination rate was reduced with the concentration-increasing of Rifampiein. The treatment of Rifampicin could effectively enhance the length of main inflorescence, the productivity per plant and the number of effective pod whole-plant. The treatment of 250 mg/L of Rifampicin could significantly promote the effective length of main inflorescence. The use of 100 and 250 of Rifampicin could signifi- cantly raise the productivity per plant. The number of effective pod whole-plant was significantly increased after the treatment of 100,250 and 800 mg/L. [ Conclusion ] The treatment of Rifampicin could improve the other major agronomic traits except for effective branch position and 1 000-seed weight of E. sativa Mill.
