摘  要:采用单因素试验研究葵粕中绿原酸及粗蛋白的提取工艺,对主要工艺参数进行优化。在优化提取工艺条件下,绿原酸的提取率和纯度分别为70.53%和69.94%,粗蛋白的提取率和提取液中的蛋白质含量分别为56.35%和70.68%。The extraction process of chlorogenic acid and crude protein from sunflower meal was studied with single factor test, and the main process parameters were optimized. Under the optimum extraction process condition, the extraction rate and purity of chlorogenie acid were 70.53% and 69.94%, the extraction rate of crude protein and protein content in extracting solution were 56.35% and 70.68% resp.
