摘　　要：当前,农业科技成果转化资金运行的低效率日益成为制约我国农业科技成果产业化推广的瓶颈。笔者以此为切入点,在对农转资金进行再认识的基础上明晰了我国目前农转资金运行模式存在的问题,提出了农转资金运行模式的创新原则;结合有关原则对农转资金运行模式进行了创新性初探,以期为我国农转资金的高效率运行提供有益参考。Currently, the low efficiency of agricultural scientific and technological achievements has become the bottleneck of industrialization promotion of agricultural technological achievements in China. This study took this background as a point, on the basis of re-recognization of agricultural scientific and technological achievements fund, clarified the existing problems in the operational mode of agricultural scientific and technological achievements; offered the innovation principles for the operation of the transformational fund and studied the innovation of the fund operation combining with relevant principles to provide a beneficial reference for the high efficiency of the fund of agricultural scientific and technological achievement.
