摘 要:应用热分解法制备含IrCo中间层的Ti基RuTiSn电极,研究了不同层数的IrCo中间层对RuTiSn电极电化学性能的影响.电极的表面形貌和元素分析由SEM、EPMA表征,析氯电位、强化电解寿命及循环伏安法测试表明,IrCo中间层不但能保持该电极的电催化活性和较低的析氯电位,而且极大提高了电极的稳定性,强化寿命可达480 h.The Ti based-RuTiSn anodes with IrCo intermediate layer were prepared by thermal decomposition method. The electrochemical properties of Ti/RuTiSn anodes with different Ir-Co intermediate layers were studied. The surface and elements compositions of the anodes were charactered by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electronic probe microanalysis(EPMA). The effects of intermediate layer on the electro-catalytic activity and stability were assessed by chlorine evolution potentials,accelerated lifetime test and cyclic voltammetric curves(CV). It was concluded that the anode ,which contained several Ir-Co intermediate layers, could hold not only high electro-catalytic activity but also the increased stability. The enhanced life was up to 480 h.
