摘　　要：《太原经济圈规划纲要草案》,勾画了太原乃至山西省经济未来发展的基本走向。山西省意图通过构建太原经济圈来引领山西经济发展、提升山西区域竞争力的战略正式启航。＂Outline draft for Taiyuan economic circle program＂ pointed out the basic direction of future economic development for Taiyuan, and even Shanxi province. Shangxi intends to develop its economy and raise its regional competitiveness through the building of Taiyuan economic circle. Now this strategy is formally launched.
