摘　　要：针对目前我国物流金融市场发展较快,众多物流企业开始关注质押监管业务并开始进入这一市场状况。以如何建立具有高效性和严格性的质押监管业务体系为目标,结合企业实践,通过案例给出业务体系的具体运作方法。According to the circumstances that many logistics enterprises starts to focus on motgage supervision business and to en- ter into this market, through a case, the paper proposes how to establish the business system taking the mortgage supervision business as the goal and combining the practice of the enterprises.
