摘　　要：本文介绍了地震应急基础数据库的总体功能,数据资料的收集与处理过程,各类属性图的建立、地图的制作等。最后给出了基础数据库在地震应急响应系统中的使用结果。This paper describes the general function of the basic database construction of Liaoning earthquake emergency. The data＇ s collecting and processing, attribute graph data＇ s building and maps＇ making are also involved. The application results of the basic database for earthquake emergency response are stated at the end of the paper.
