摘　　要：综述分析了抗肿瘤药物近年来的新进展,包括细胞毒性抗肿瘤药物、以细胞信号传导分子为靶点的抗肿瘤药物、新生血管生成抑制剂、分化诱导剂、细胞周期依赖性蛋白激酶抑制剂等。The review displays the recent progress of antineoplastic drugs, including cytotoxic ones, ones targeting cell signal transduction, angiogenesis inhibitor, differentiation inducer, cell cycle dependent protein kinase （CDK） inhibitor, and so on.
