摘　　要：中锋在球队中的作用是全方位的,是全队的轴心,本文详细地阐述中锋队员在比赛中的作用,并提出了对其主要各种攻防技术、基本技术、心理素质、战术意识及全面素质等的培养方法,为培养优秀篮球中锋提供参考。The center forward in the basketball sports serves as a core in a basketball team and plays a comprehensive role. By explaining the role of a center forward in a basketball match, in the article, it puts forwards various strategies of offence and defense and the training of basic skills and psychology, strategic awareness and overall quality.
