摘　　要：目的分析原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(PHPT)的急诊临床表现特点。方法回顾性分析25例PHPT的急诊相关临床表现。结果骨关节痛,腰痛、血尿、泌尿系结石,多饮、多尿、无力为PHPT主要急诊症状。结论熟悉PHPT急诊临床表现特点是防止PHPT误诊、漏诊的前提。Objective To investigate some characteristics of clinical manifestation of PHPT in emergency. Methods 25 patients with PHPT were analyzed retrospectively. Results There are some clinical manifestations including joint pains,low back pain, hematuresis, nephrolithiasis, polydipsia, polyuria, weakness and so on. Conclusion It is of vital importance that some characteristics of PHPT have contributed to reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of PHPT in emergency.
