摘　　要：生态资源不合理利用和浪费,必将导致生态环境破坏与生态资本存量减少,进而影响国家经济社会的可持续发展。本文从生态资源资本化的理论与现实基础角度,分析了生态资源、生态资产、生态资本之间的内在联系,探讨了生态资源价值实现的资本化过程,提出了生态资本积累、生态资本的价值评估方法、运营与管理等值得研究的命题。The article holds that the irrational use of ecological resources and waste will inevitably lead to destruction of the ecological environment and to reduce the ecological capital stock,which affects sustainable development of economics and society.This article first analyzes the intrinsic link of the ecological capital,ecological resources and the ecological assets from the perspective of the theoretical and practical foundation for the capitalization of ecological resources,and expounds capitalization process of the value realization of ecological resources.A number of new propositions that contain capital accumulation,management and operation are worthy of studying.
