摘  要:由于煤渣中含有许多活性组分,且结构松散,比表面积大,具有一定的吸附能力。在实验室的条件下,利用煤渣的吸附性能,对含锌废水吸附影响因素进行研究。分别在不同pH值、不同吸附时间、不同吸附剂投入量、不同离子初始浓度及不同吸附温度的影响条件下,对改性煤渣吸附性能进行测定。实验结果表明:无机改性煤渣及有机改性煤渣吸附的最佳pH为弱酸性;无机改性煤渣及有机改性煤渣的最佳吸附时间分别为15min和60min,无机改性煤渣吸附速度较快;无机改性煤渣及有机改性煤渣最佳吸附剂用量分别为14.5g/L,16g/L;改性煤渣对低浓度锌离子废水去除效果较好;改性煤渣对锌离子去除效果随温度升高有所下降,温度为22℃去除效果较好。There are many active constituents in the cinder. The cinder' s structure is loose,the surface area is big and has certain adsorptive capacity.With the laboratory condition, the paper research the adsorption influent factors of Zinc wastewater,using adsorption performance of the cinder.With the influent condition of different pH, different adsorption time,different absorbent inputs,different ion initial density and under different adsorption temperature,the paper determinate adsorption performance of modified cinder.The result shows that:the absorption bes.t pH is the is the lowacid of the inorganic modified cinder,so the organic modified cinder is.The absorption best time is 15 min of the inorganic modified cinder and the absorption best time is 60 min of the organic modified cinder.The absorption speed of the inorganic modified cinder is faster than the organic modified cinder.The absorption best amount is 14.5g/L of the inorganic modified cinder and the absorption best amount is 16g/L of the organic modified cinder.The elimination effect of the modified cinder is better for the low concentration Zinc wastewater.The modified cinder has the drop to the zinc ion elimination effect along with the temperature increment,the temperature is good for 22℃ the elimination effect.
