新型填料塔在环氧乙烷装置改造中的应用

摘　　要：在环氧乙烷装置改造中，以板波纹填料塔更新原有填料塔。在塔径和塔高不变情况下，装置改造后环氧乙烷产量提高８倍，产品质量由原环氧乙烷浓度９８％，提高到９９．８％，醛含量由原４０００ｐｐｍ降到１００ｐｐｍ以下，环氧乙烷收率提高１０％，原料消耗大幅度下降。每年新增利润１９２万元。おn the reformation of the equipmant for the prodction of ethyene oxide,the conventional packed columns were renewed by the new ones packed nith sulzer packing and sulzer Mellapak,while the column diameters and hights keep unchanged.After columns having been reformed,the output of ethylene oxide is increased by a factor of 8.the purity of product is raised from about 98 percent to over 99.8 percent.The aceticaldehyde content of product falls from 4000ppm to 100ppm.The rate of recovery of ethylene oxide is increased about 10 percent.The consumption of raw materials is greatly cut down.The profit is by 1.92 million yuan a year.
