地西泮联合利多卡因宫旁阻滞麻醉用于人工流产手术的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨地西泮联合利多卡因宫旁阻滞麻醉在人工流产手术中的应用效果。方法对收治的1181例行人工流产手术的病例进行回顾性分析,以镇痛和宫颈松弛效果评价总有效率。结果非镇痛病例126例(10.7%),静脉全麻病例393例(33.2%),地西泮联合利多卡因宫旁阻滞麻醉病例662例(56.1%)。地西泮联合利多卡因宫旁阻滞麻醉病例镇痛和宫颈松弛总有效率分别为94.9%和95.0%,与非镇痛病例相比,患者疼痛及恐惧感明显减轻。结论对有镇痛要求但无静脉麻醉条件的人工流产手术者,地西泮联合利多卡因宫旁阻滞麻醉,安全有效。Objective To investigate the effect of apozepam associated with lidocaine used as paracervical block anesthesia in artificial abortion. Method Retrospective analyze the data of 1181 women received artificial abortion, and evaluate the total effective rate of pain relieving and relaxation of cervix. Results 126 patients （10.7 %） received none anesthesia cure （group 1）, 393 patients （33.2 %） received pamplegia （group 2） and 662 patients （56.1%） received para- cervical block anesthesia by apozepam associated with lidocaine （group 3）. In group 3, the total effective rates of pain relieving and relaxation of cervix were 94.9 % and 95.0 % respectively. Conclusion Apozepam associated with lido- caine can be used as paracervical block anesthesia in artificial abortion effectively and safely.
