摘　　要：目的探讨预防和治疗糖尿病足周围血管神经病变的有效措施。方法对我科在1998年5月至2008年5月收治160例糖尿病足周围血管神经病变进行回顾性分析。结果在药物和辅助治疗下,皮肤溃疡组愈合率77%,软组织感染组65%,其余及深部溃疡组手术后愈合率96%。结论积极预防和规范化治疗是处理糖尿病足周围血管神经病变的有效措施。Objective To investigate the effective measure of prevention and treatment for lesion of peripheral blood vessel and nerves in diabetic foot. Methods From May 1998 to May 2008 the clinical data of 160 cases with peripheral blood vessel and nervous lesion in diabetic feet were analysed retrospectively. Results With medicine and auxiliary treatment the healing rate of skinulcer group was 77%, and that of soft-tissue infected group was 65%. The postoperative healing rate of the other and deep ulcer group were 96%. Conclusion Active prevention and standardized treatment are effective measure to prevent and treat the lesion of peripheral blood vessel and nerves in diabetic foot.
