救援护士PTSD及应对的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解救援护士的创伤后应激障碍(Posttraumatic stress disorder,PTSD)及应对方法,探索提高救援护士心理健康水平的方法,为我院正在开展的课程改革提供依据。方法以质性研究访谈为主结合问卷调查的模式。结果10名救援护士都有不同程度的PTSD的症状反应,有3人疑是PTSD,症状表现与本人经验的应激事件、应对方式和工作任务有关。结论应重视救灾护士的心理素质和心理健康,提供专业的心理辅导,在护理的课程中增加心理危机干预及自我心理保健的内容。Objective To understand the posttraumatic stress disorder（PTSD） and coping of the rescue nurse to find out the search the ways and means to promote the mental health, and to provide the grounds for curriculum reform. Method Qualitative study based on interview at the forefront was conducted, and the questionnaire survey was combined. Result 10 rescue nurses have PTSD reaction in varying degrees, three of them can be diagnosed doubtful PTST. The symptomatic manifestations related to their experience of stressor, coping style, and the task. Conclusion We should attach importance to the psychological diathesis and the mental health of the rescue nurses, offer the professional psychological counseling, add the content of psychological intervention and psychological health protection in the nursing curriculum.
