摘  要:目的探讨心肌梗死(MI)患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)和血小板CD62p水平的变化及其与MI血管病变程度的关系。方法选择100例男性MI患者,依据冠状动脉病变支数(冠脉造影证实狭窄程度在70%以上)分为三组:单支血管病变组、双支血管病变组、多支血管病变组,测定三组患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6和血小板CD62p水平,并分析其与MI血管病变程度的相关性。选取60例体检健康者作为对照。以免疫散射比浊法检测hs-CRP,采用ELISA双抗体夹心法测IL-6,用FACScalibur流式细胞仪检测血小板CD62p指标。结果三组MI患者hs-CRP、IL-6和血小板CD62p水平均明显高于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.01);且多支冠状动脉病变组患者上述三项指标均明显高于其余两组(P<0.01)。结论MI患者hs-CRP、IL-6和血小板CD62p水平明显升高,且与MI血管病变程度呈正相关。Objective To discuss the relationship between vascular lesions and serum concentration of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), platelet CD62p in patients with myocardial infarction. Methods 100 male patients with myocardial infarction were randomly divided into three groups based on the number of vessels involved in coronary artery desease: single-vessel disease group (n = 39), two-vessel disease group (n = 34) and multiple-vessel disease group (n = 27). 60 healthy volunteers were choosed as control group. Immune scatter turbidimetry, double-antibody sand- wich ELISA and FACScalibur flow cytometry were used to measure serum concentration of hsCRP, IL -6 and platelet CD62p respectively in all the cases. Results Serum concentration of hsCRP, IL -6 and platelet CD62p in patients with myocardial infarction were significantly higher than that in healthy volunteers (P 〈 0.01) and serum concentration of hsCRP, IL -6 and platelet CD62p in multiple-vessel disease group was significantly higher than that in single-vessel disease group and two- vessel disease group (P 〈0.01). Conclusion Serum concentration of hsCRP, IL -6 and platelet CD62p have direct correlation with degree of coronary artery desease.
