双岐乳酸杆菌分离鉴定及培养条件的研究

摘　　要：从小儿粪便中经厌氧培养，分离鉴定出幼儿双岐乳酸杆菌、对它的形态特征，生理生化作了比较详细的研究。并对它的培养条件作了初步探讨。By anaerobic cultivation,Bifidobacterium Infantis Reuter was isolated and identified from infantis manure.The characteristics of morphology,physiology and biochemistry are siudied in detail.And the conditions of the culture were also discussed preliminarily in this paper.
