运用喷喉嘴减轻后鼻孔填塞后不适的护理观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨运用喷喉嘴减轻后鼻孔填塞后不适的护理效果。方法 对67例后鼻孔填塞患者，按住院日期先后分为对照组（n=32）和观察组（n=35）。对照组患者按后鼻孔填塞患者常规护理。观察组患者在常规护理的基础上使用喷喉嘴减轻后鼻孔填塞后不适。结果 2组患者在睡眠时间、使用止痛药、住院时间、住院费用方面有显著性差异（p〈0．05）。结论 对后鼻孔填塞患者使用了喷喉嘴而减轻了后鼻孔填塞后不适，观察组患者不仅减少了使用止痛药、增加了睡眠时间、改善了睡眠质量，而且还缩短了住院时间、降低住院费用。改进了护理措施，能大大地提高了患者对医疗护理服务满意度。因此使用一次性喷喉嘴减轻后鼻孔填塞后不适的护理方法值得临床推广运用。Objectives：To evaluate the effect of comfort care of posterior packing on treating epistaxis.Methods：67 posterior packing patients were randomly divided into the control group（n=32）and the research group（n=35）depending on the date of hospital admission.The regular posterior packing care was used to the control group while the research group was given the comfort care on the base of the regular care.Results：There was a significant difference in the bedtime,the use of antalgesica, the legth of stay and the hospital fees between the two groups.Concluslon：Comfort care on patients of posterior packing can reduce the use of antalgesica,prolong the bedtime,improve sleep quality,shorten the length of stay and raise the satisfaction on the staff in hospital.
