摘　　要：目的:总结湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)包扎治疗小儿烧烫伤的临床疗效。方法:对2005年1月～2007年1月期间,收治的小儿烧烫伤全程采用MEBO包扎治疗(简称湿润包扎疗法),根据病程不同阶段调整换药次数。结果:52例患儿烧烫伤创面完全愈合,功能恢复良好,治疗过程中未发生出血,疼痛轻微,无一例发生创面与全身性感染。结论:湿润包扎疗法治疗小儿烧烫伤创面,方法简便,便于护理,临床疗效满意。Objective： To summarize the efficacy of pediatric bums treating with MEBO bandaging method. Method： 52 cases of pediatric burns treating with MEBO bandaging method in the whole treatment course were collected from Jan. 2005 to Jan. 2007. The frequency of dressing change was adjusted according to different stage of burn treatment course. Result： All wounds of the patients healed and no dysfunction. There was no bleeding and no ease of local and systemic infection observed during the course of treatment. Conclusion： Treating pediatric burns with MEBO bandaging method is simple, easy to care and has a satisfactory efficacy.
