复杂肛瘘术后外用湿润烧伤膏疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对复杂肛瘘术后的治疗疗效。方法:54例复杂肛瘘术后患者,于术毕用湿润烧伤膏纱条填塞创面,压迫止血,48小时取出纱条,以后用湿润烧伤膏涂于创面内,每12小时1次,直至痊愈。结果:复杂肛瘘术后创面外用湿润烧伤膏换药,无出血、感染及肛门失禁,疼痛轻,创面愈合时间缩短。结论:湿润烧伤膏是复杂肛瘘术后理想的局部治疗药物。Objective： To observe the effect of MEBO on treating wounds of post - operation of complex anal fistula. Method ： To treat the 54 post - operation patients suffered from complex anal fistula, MEBO oil gauze strip was stuffed into wound so as to stop bleeding. 48h later, removed the gauze, then applied MEBO to the wound every 12h until wounds healed. Result： Dressing with MEBO to treat the wound of complex anal fistula has the advantages including no bleeding, no infection, no anal incontinence, less pain and shorter wound healing time. Conclusion： MEBO is an ideal medication for treating post - operation wounds of complex anal fistula.
