摘 要:采用工程中常用的陶粒作为轻骨料,制成界面粘结强度较高的陶粒轻骨料混凝土,研究不同钢纤维掺量的钢纤维轻骨料混凝土的受拉性能.根据试验数据得出钢纤维轻骨料混凝土立方体劈拉强度随钢纤维体积率变化的规律,拟合出其劈拉强度与立方体抗压强度的关系式.试验结果表明,其抗拉强度提高幅度较大.当钢纤维体积率为2.5%时,试件的劈拉强度和抗折强度值分别提高55.9%和77.31%,钢纤维轻骨料混凝土的拉压比也随着钢纤维体积率的增加而增大.The usual ceramisite is mixed into concrete as lightweight aggregate to manufacture the lightweight ceramisite concrete with high interface bond strength. The tensile properties of steel fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete with the different amounts of steel fiber are tested. According to the test data, the relationship between the splitting-ten- sile strength of the concrete and the volume ratio of steel fiber is obtained, the formula between the splitting-tensile strength and the cube compressive strength is fitted. The experimental results indicate that the tensile property is im- proved obviously. When the steel fiber volume fraction is 2. 5%, the splitting-tensile strength and the flexur..al strength increase by 55.9% and 77.31% respectively, the ration of the tensile strength to the compressive strength also increases with increasing the steel fiber volume fraction.
