比较盖诺两种不同注射方法对静脉炎的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察盖诺两种不同注射方法所致静脉炎程度比较。方法:肿瘤内科采用人工静脉推注盖诺,呼吸科采用静脉输注盖诺。结果:呼吸科使用静脉输注盖诺比肿瘤内科人工静脉推注盖诺所致静脉炎程度及比例均下降。结论:静脉输注盖诺可减轻静脉炎的发生程度及发生比例。Objective： Observe the difference of phlebitic level leaded by two intravenous theraphys about Vinorelbine Tartrate Injection. Ensure patients finish their chemotherapeutics. Evaluate chemotherapeutic patients＇ qualities of life. Methods： Vinorelbine Tartrate Injection used through intravenous injection in the department of phymatosis internal medicine. Vinorelbine Tartrate Injection used through intravenous dripx in the department of pneumology internal medicine. Results： The level and incidence rate of phlebitis leaded by which Vinorelbine Tartrate Injection used through intravenous dripx were lower than those leaded by which Vinorelbine Tartrate Injection used through intravenous injection. Conclusion： Intravenous dripx can abate the level and reduce the incidence rate of phlebitis leaded by using Vinorelbine Tartrate Iniection.
