摘　　要：进入新世纪,我国政府越来越意识到组织建设的重要性。为顺应环境变化,进一步深化我国行政体制改革,构建民主法治型的行政组织尤为重要。因此,我们应通过合理地设置机构,提高公务员的素质,推进电子政务等方面的民主法治建设,构建有中国特色的民主法治型行政组织。In the new century,our government are increasingly aware of the importance of building organizations.However,democratic and rule of law administrative organization is the need of conforming environment changes and further deepening reforms of China＇s administrative system.Therefore ,we should build the democratic and rule of law administrative organization with Chinese characteristics,by building of democracy and the rule of law in setting reasonable institution,improving the quality of civil servants,promoting E-government and so on.
