摘　　要：农村专业技术协会,作为农村专业合作经济组织的一种形态,已经成为我国农村经济工作的一个重要的内容,并将在我国"三农问题"的解决及社会主义新农村的建设中发挥更大的作用。本文就我国农村专业技术协会发展中存在的一些问题进行分析,并就问题的解决提出了一些可具操作性的对策建议,以期进一步推动我国农村专业技术协会的发展。China Rural Special Technique Association （CRSTA）,as the forms of farmers＇special cooperation economic organization,has becoming the key point of rural economic work,and will play an important role under the solution of ＂ three problems of rural＂ of our country and the construction of socialized new country.Focusing on the existing problems of CRSTA and for the better development of CRSTA,the thesis made analysis on the abovementioned and meanwhile a few operative suggestions being put forward.
