摘 要:选用20个具有代表性的南瓜品系,通过测量其蔗糖、果糖、葡萄糖、多糖及干物质等的含量,分析这些性状的变异及相关性。结果表明:在这5种性状中,变异系数大小依次为葡萄糖(0.364)、蔗糖(0.328)、果糖(0.238)、干物重(0.215)、多糖(0.206)。南瓜干物质与蔗糖、多糖之间的相关系数分别为0.6220、.491。果糖与葡萄糖、多糖与蔗糖之间的相关系数分别为0.928和0.622,相关系数均达到显著或极显著水平,因此构建了相关回归方程。Twenty pumpkin varieties were chosen to investigate variation and correlation of sucrose,glucose,fructose,polysaeeharide,dry substance. The result indicated that variation coefficients of 5 traits were glucose(0. 364), Sucrose (0. 328),fructose(0. 238),dry substance(0. 215),polysaccharide(0. 206)in turn. The correlation coefficients of dry substance and suerose,polysaccharide were 0. 622 and 0. 491 respectively. The correlation coefficients of fructose and glucose,polysaccharide and sucrose were 0.928 and 0. 622 respectively. Those correlation coefficients were in significam level or very significant level. So regression equations were constructed.
