不同添加物对石斛兰壮苗生根的影响

摘　　要：以石斛兰(Den.SharifaFatimah)幼芽为材料进行组织培养研究。结果表明:苹果是对石斛兰壮苗生根较有效的水果添加物;对具备根、茎、叶分化的小苗可以3 g/L花宝1号+MS(除大量元素外其余全量)+苹果1.7%+香蕉1.7%+马铃薯1.7%培养基采用"一步法"壮苗生根;对于较弱小的丛生苗宜用2 g/L花宝1号+MS(除大量元素外其余全量)+苹果1.7%+香蕉1.7%+马铃薯1.7%及3 g/L花宝2号+MS(除大量元素外其余全量)+苹果1.7%+香蕉1.7%+马铃薯1.7%采取"两步法"壮苗生根;鉴于花宝2号的长效性,可选择用于长期保存组培材料。Apple was the effietive supplement to the rooting culture of Dendrobium. Regard to the plants which having root , stem, leaf differentiation, it can use HYPONEX NO. 1 3 g/L＋MS（get rid of major elements） ＋apple 1. 7%＋banana 1.7% ＋potato 1.7% culture medium adopt ＂the one-stage process＂ to strengthen the plants taking root. Regard to the thickly plants which growing smaller and weaker,it can use HYPONEX NO. 1 3 g/L＋MS （get rid of major elements） ＋apple 1.7%＋banana 1.7%＋potato 1.7% and HYPONEX NO. 2 3 g/L＋MS（get rid of major elements） ＋apple 1.7%＋banana 1.7%＋potato 1.7% culture medium adopt ＂the two-stage process＂ to strengthen the plants taking root. Since the HYPONEX NO. 2 has long effective character, may be used for long range preserving a tissue culture material.
