摘 要:目的探讨健康教育在糖尿病患者干预治疗中的效果,及其对阻止或延缓糖尿病并发症的发生及发展的作用。方法采取糖尿病健康教育综合干预措施,并在干预前后对120例社区糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,比较糖尿病的知识知晓情况、自我管理能力以及生活质量评分的改善情况。结果健康教育后,调查对象的糖尿病基础知识、饮食知识和治疗知识知晓率分别提高至96.67%、89.17%和80.00%,较健康教育前有显著提高(P<0.05);合理控制饮食和坚持每天运动的比例分别为87.50%和80.83%,较健康教育前显著提高(P<0.01);心理维度、满意维度及DMQLS总分的得分分别为37.46、35.77和210.87,较健康教育前有显著降低(P<0.05)。结论健康教育综合干预措施在提高糖尿病患者的糖尿病知识、自我管理能力和生活质量上效果显著,能够有效改善居民健康意识及健康水平。Objective To explore the health education effectiveness of intervention treatment for diabetic patients, and its function on avoiding or delaying the process of diabetic complication. Methods 120 diabetic patients were intervened by comprehensive measures of diabetes health education. Surveys were conducted to the diabetic patients before and after the intervention, to collect the information about the awareness of diabetes, the self-management ability and the score of quality of life scale for patients with Type 2 diabetes (DMQLS). Results After the health education, the awareness rates of basic knowledge, diet knowledge and treatment knowledge about diabetes of the paticipants were 96.67%, 89. 17% and 80. 00% respectively, all higher than those before the health education (P 〈0. 05). The rates of rational diet control and daily exercise among the participants were 87. 50% and 80. 83%, both significantly higher than those before the health education (P 〈 0. 01 ). The scores of psycological demension, satisfactory demension, and DMQLS were 37.46, 35.77 and 210. 87, all lower than those before the health education (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The comprehensive intervention measures of health education can produce significant effectiveness on improving the diabetes knowledge, self-management abilities and life qualities of diabetic patients, and can improve the health awareness and health level of residents.
