摘　　要：依法执政是中国共产党执政兴国的根本要求,是对执政规律的正确认识。在论述依法执政科学内涵的基础上,提出了依法执政的必要性和重要性,进一步论述了依法执政的实现途径。Administration by law is the fundamental requirement of the Chinese Communist Party＇s governance and rejuvenation of the country, and is also the accurate understanding of the laws governing the rule of the country. On the basis of elaborating the scientific connotation of administration by law, the paper puts forward the necessity and importance of administration by law; furthermore, it discusses the ways to achieve the administration by law.
