摘  要:目的:建立一种测定转移因子制剂中核苷酸含量的方法。方法:采用抗坏血酸-钼蓝显色定磷法,检测核苷酸中有机磷的含量。结果:线性范围为3.015μg/ml-15.075μg/ml,r=0.9999,回收率良好。结论:本方法准确可靠,为转移因子制剂中核苷酸的定量测定提供了一种新的思路。Objective: To establish a new method for the determine of nucleotide in transfer factor tablets. Methos: The content of organophosphate in nucleotide has been as a target, It was determined by molybdenum blue spectrophotometry, with ascorbic acid as the reductant. Resuls: Good recoveries had been got and the linearity range from 3.015μg /ml to 15.075μg /ml. Conclusion: An accurate new method has been established as an alternative of the test of nucleotide in transfer factor tablets.1
