摘 要:提出了一种基于振动信号分析的往复式压缩机故障诊断方法。应用频域能量准则判定汽缸压力变化引起的振动响应信号所处频带,构造梳状滤波器提取出响应信号,对得到的相应信号进行包络分析,得到的包络曲线体现了气缸压力的变化趋势,可应用该曲线绘制模拟示功图对往复式压缩机故障进行诊断。对工程信号的分析表明,该方法不仅可以区分出压缩机正常与故障状态,还可以区分出不同的故障类型,具有较好的工程应用价值。A method of reciprocating compressor fault diagnosis based on vibration signal analysis was presented.Firstly,frequency band energy criterion was used to determine the response signal frequency band,which was caused by the varying cylinder pressure.Secondly,comb filter was adopted to acquire the signal from the corresponding band.Thirdly,the envelop of the filtered signal was extracted.Finally,the envelope curve was used to construct a simulation indicator diagram to make further diagnosis of reciprocating compressor faults.The application result shows that it not only can be used to distinguish the fault state from the normal of the compressor,but also can be used to divide the fault into different types,which make it valuable in practice.
