摘  要:为了控制施工过程中悬挂结构预应力索的张拉力值,保证索力施工质量,采用磁通量法对广东省博物馆新馆主桁架的拉索进行了索力检测。运用弹性工程磁学的原理,通过比较不同施工阶段索力的实测值与设计值,给出了拉索预应力损失量值和损失原因,并得到了单索与群索索力的分布规律。检测结果表明,该方法准确可靠,单索和群索在施工过程中都有不同程度的预应力损失。磁通量法作为拉索张力检测的有效方法,可为结构设计提供可靠的试验数据和理论依据。In order to control the prestressed cable tensile forces and ensure the construction quality,the magneto-elastic method was introduced to inspect the cable tension in trusses of the new Guangdong Museum.Through the comparison between the testing and the design data during different construction stages,the prestressing loss was estimated and the causes were discussed.At the same time,the rules of the tension distribution in the single cable and the cable group were obtained.The testing results show that there are different degrees of prestressing loss in cables of suspended structure.As an effective and reliable method to measure the cable tension,the magneto-elastic method can provide scientific references for structural engineers.
